Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Sudoku Alarm Clock mobile application (the “App”) operated by Shivanshi Tyagi (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Use of the App

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App

Subscriptions and Purchases

In-App Purchases

The App may offer subscription plans and in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Free Features

Basic alarm and puzzle features are available without a subscription. Premium features require an active subscription.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Shivanshi Tyagi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The alarm functionality will work in all circumstances
  • Weather data will be accurate or available at all times

Important: The App is designed to supplement, not replace, your device’s built-in alarm. We recommend keeping a backup alarm, especially for critical wake-up times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shivanshi Tyagi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shivanshi Tyagi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
